PPS Polyphenylene Sulfide Filter Bag
Made of high-purity PPS fiber, this filter material is specially designed for medium-temperature, humid and sulfur-containing flue gas conditions. It offers excellent resistance to hydrolysis, weak acids, weak alkalis and sulfur oxides, making it ideal for power plants, desulfurization systems and boiler flue gas filtration.

Temperature Resistance
The filter bag supports continuous operation at 160℃ and can withstand instant temperatures up to 190℃. It remains dimensionally stable in medium-temperature, humid and sulfur-containing flue gas environments.
Material Advantages
Woven with high-purity PPS fiber, it provides excellent resistance to weak acids, weak alkalis, hydrolysis and sulfur oxides. It is corrosion-resistant and not easy to powder, embrittle or crack.

Targeted Solution For Humid Sulfur-Containing Flue Gas
Ordinary polyester filter media is prone to hydrolysis, powdering, decay and breakage under high-temperature, high-humidity and sulfur-containing flue gas conditions, resulting in short bag life, frequent replacement, high maintenance costs and possible excessive dust emissions. PPS filter bags are specially developed for humid sulfur-containing flue gas environments. Under harsh working conditions, the stable service life can reach 18–48 months, greatly reducing replacement frequency, labor costs and downtime losses while ensuring long-term stable operation of the dust collection system.
