Made of pure PTFE fiber, this filter bag is designed for high-temperature, highly corrosive and acid-alkali alternating flue gas conditions. It provides exceptional chemical stability, strong resistance to acids, alkalis, oxidation, hydrolysis and corrosive gases, making it a long-life solution for extreme industrial dust collection environments.

Temperature Resistance
The filter bag supports continuous operation at 220℃ and can withstand instant temperatures up to 260℃. It is suitable for high-temperature, highly corrosive and acid-alkali alternating flue gas conditions, while maintaining stable performance without shrinking or aging.
Material Advantages
Woven from pure PTFE fiber, the material offers outstanding resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, oxidation, hydrolysis and corrosion. It is non-sticky, anti-scaling and not easy to powder under harsh conditions.
Stable Physical Properties
Uniform air permeability, high porosity and thorough dust cleaning help achieve ultra-low dust emissions. The material is water and oil repellent, prevents bag paste formation and maintains low running resistance.

Long-Life Solution For Extreme Corrosive Flue Gas Conditions
Ordinary PPS and P84 filter bags are prone to corrosion perforation, powdering, breakage and rapid aging under extreme conditions such as strong acids, strong alkalis, high chlorine, strong oxidation and acid-alkali alternation. This can lead to frequent bag replacement, repeated shutdowns and a high risk of excessive emissions. PTFE filter bags provide excellent corrosion resistance, permanent hydrolysis resistance, anti-aging and abrasion-resistant performance. Even under harsh high-temperature, high-humidity and highly corrosive conditions, the service life can reach 36–72 months, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs while helping ensure stable ultra-low emission performance.
