Welding Fume Filter Cartridge
This flame-retardant pleated filter cartridge is designed for mobile welding fume extractors. It helps capture ultra-fine metal fumes, resist spark impact, and maintain stable airflow in common welding and metal processing environments.
Product Features
Made of flame-retardant polyester pleated filter media with a built-in galvanized anti-rust protection mesh, the cartridge helps block welding sparks and slag while reducing adhesion of ultra-fine metal dust. The large pleated surface area supports smooth pulse cleaning and stable filtration performance.

This flame-retardant pleated cartridge provides dual fire protection, captures 99.9% of 0.3μm metal dust, resists clogging, and can reach a service life of 3–10 months under regular welding conditions
