Blended Fiberglass Filter Bag
Blended fiberglass filter bags are designed for high-temperature kilns, metal smelting and dry flue gas filtration. Made with fiberglass and high-temperature resistant fibers, they provide excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, dimensional stability and improved flexibility.
Product Features
This filter bag supports continuous operation at 260℃ and can withstand instant temperatures up to 280℃. It is suitable for high-temperature, low-to-medium corrosive flue gas conditions and helps resist dust abrasion, thermal shrinkage and oxidation.

PPS and FMS filter bags are not suitable for long-term operation above 240℃, while pure fiberglass filter bags are brittle and easy to damage. Blended fiberglass filter bags improve flexibility and abrasion resistance while maintaining strong high-temperature performance. Under suitable high-temperature dry flue gas conditions, the service life can reach 14–32 months.
