FMS Filter Bag
FMS filter bags are composite filter materials designed for medium and high-temperature boiler and kiln dust collection. Made with fiberglass, P84 and PPS blended fibers, they combine high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance and good dimensional stability under temperature changes.
Product Features
This filter bag is suitable for continuous operation at 200℃ and can withstand instant temperatures up to 240℃. It is designed for medium and high-temperature dusty flue gas conditions, with resistance to slight sulfur oxides, oxidation, abrasion and thermal shrinkage.

Ordinary PPS filter bags are prone to oxidation and aging when used above 160℃ for long periods, while pure fiberglass filter bags are brittle and easy to break. FMS composite fiber filter bags combine high temperature resistance with better toughness, making them suitable for medium and high-temperature flue gas conditions. Under suitable working conditions, the service life can reach 16–36 months.
