Oil Mist Filter Cartridge
Oil mist filter cartridges are specially designed for machine tool cutting oil, cold heading oil smoke and industrial oil mist purification. The multi-layer composite structure captures fine oil mist particles, supports oil drainage, and helps maintain stable airflow in machining environments.
Product Features
Made of multi-layer composite fiberglass and polyester filter media, this cartridge uses gradient filtration to capture cutting oil mist, emulsion fumes and fine oil particles. The material is hydrophobic, oleophilic and not easy to clog, making it suitable for machine tool oil smoke and oil mist filtration.

Common pain points and their solutions.
CNC grinder with heavy grinding oil mist needs filter replacement every few days, wasting production time?
Grinding oil mist has high viscosity and high oil load, common thin filter cartridge will be glued and blocked rapidly. Our heavy-duty anti-clog oil mist filter is added with super large oil storage cavity and anti-adhesive coating on surface, can store 3 times more grease than ordinary filters. Replacement cycle extends from 3-5 days to 25-50 days, cut downtime loss, spare parts cost and manual replacement labor at the same time.

Industry Pain Point Solution
Ordinary dust filter cartridges are easy to clog when exposed to oil mist, causing rapid resistance increase and short service life. This gradient composite oil mist filter cartridge captures oil droplets layer by layer and supports oil return through its drainage structure, reducing oil accumulation and blockage. Under regular machining conditions, the service life can reach 4–12 months.
