Comprehensive Core Selling Points
Our grid antistatic PTFE membrane filter bags adopt embedded grid conductive fiber technology combined with full-surface PTFE coating treatment. The integrated antistatic structure completely eliminates static accumulation and avoids dust explosion risks in flammable and explosive dust workshops. The dense PTFE membrane achieves absolute surface filtration, blocking 0.3μm ultra-fine dust with efficiency up to 99.95%. Featuring ultra-low air resistance, excellent pulse dust cleaning performance, no dust embedding, no bag clogging, high temperature and corrosion resistance. It greatly extends service life, maintains long-term stable dust removal efficiency, and reduces equipment maintenance and replacement costs for industrial baghouse dust collectors.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Embedded Grid Antistatic Design, Explosion-proof & Safer
>Built-in grid conductive fiber forms uniform static conduction network, completely eliminates static electricity accumulation and static spark risks, suitable for all flammable and explosive dust working conditions.
2. Full PTFE Membrane Surface Filtration, Zero Fine Dust Leakage
Integrated PTFE microporous membrane on the fabric surface realizes absolute surface filtration, intercepts 0.3μm ultra-fine dust, solves the problem of fine dust penetration and incomplete dust removal.
3. Ultra-high Dust Release Performance, No Dust Embedding
Smooth PTFE membrane prevents dust from embedding into fiber gaps. Pulse jet cleaning removes all surface dust thoroughly, no residual clogging, keeps stable air permeability permanently.
4. Low Air Resistance & Stable Air Volume, High Working Efficiency
Uniform micropore structure ensures low and stable air resistance, no air volume attenuation after long-term operation, maintains high dust removal efficiency of dust collector.
5. High Temperature & Corrosion Resistant, Long Service Life
Upgraded polyester needle felt base material with PTFE anti-corrosion coating resists acid, alkali and flue gas corrosion, withstands 160℃ long-term high temperature operation, durable and aging-resistant.
6. Industrial Customization, Perfect Fit for Baghouse Equipment
Support customized diameter, length, double-layer sewing and reinforcement process, compatible with all types of industrial pulse bag dust collectors.
Industry Pain Point Solution
Ordinary filter bags may generate static electricity through friction, creating fire or explosion risks in flammable dust environments. Ordinary anti-static filter media without membrane treatment may allow fine powder penetration and increase equipment pressure difference. This filter bag combines a stable square-grid conductive structure with a PTFE membrane surface to discharge static electricity and capture fine dust. Under dry powder conditions, the service life can reach 12–28
